The term capasa probably derives from the Latin adjective capax (suitable for containing) and indicates a vase without handles for storing food, a typical object of Apulian artisan production and strongly linked to the kitchen, the table and the home of the peasant world. In the main building you will find the reception and the restaurant while the rooms are located on the first floor. The eco-friendly philosophy accompanies every choice in our eco green hotel. We safeguard air, water and land.

No herbicides, no chemical agents, only fertilizers coming from animals raised here on site in our 12 hectares of park where orchards and olive groves will welcome you for a completely nature holiday.

Here, the water is heated by powerful solar panels, the electricity is produced by the photovoltaic and wind system.
