Who we are

Tenuta La Baronessa, whose original structure dates back to 1700, is a 4-star resort immersed in the greenery of a large area of Mediterranean vegetation and olive groves. It is located a short distance from the beautiful Salento beaches, in the wonderful naturalistic setting of Tuglie, in a strategic position, from which you can reach the main tourist destinations of Salento such as Gallipoli, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, Lecce etc.

The Tenuta is a low environmental impact structure, completely fenced, located on 12 hectares of Mediterranean scrub. Centuries-old olive trees, rosemary plants, sage and other scents will capture your sense of smell. A walk in the park will give you unique moments of total relaxation, savoring the tranquility of a true green oasis.

Its strategic position, in the heart of Salento, allows you to alternate moments of relaxation, pampered by the peace of nature, with moments of adventurous pursuit of the numerous leisure activities, of which the Ionian side of Salento is generous. From the renovation of the large and ancient farmhouse, a splendid Farmhouse was born, overlooking the swimming pool and inside which there are ten rooms between De Luxe and Suite. Some are characterized by vaulted stone ceilings, others decorated with frescoes and stuccos, and others equipped with a fireplace and canopy bed.

The 4-star Capasa, with the recent renovation, has changed its "look", enriched with decorations in Lecce stone, which give an even more refined touch to the structure. The characteristic buildings that recall the architectural typology of the ancient Salento "pajare" arise among the olive trees.
