At the end of the day you can sit at the table in our fireplace room in typical Salento style and savor the specialties prepared by our kitchen: every evening a different menu ranging from typical local cuisine to traditional Italian dishes, to satisfy even the most demanding palates , accompanied by a selection of wines produced in the area or a complete list of national and international wines.

The formula includes a 3-course menu to choose from our menu, À la carte drinks and wines.

The parking of the Masseria is covered by solar panels which produce enough energy for both the Hotel, the Masseria and the domestic hot water. The sun and the wind provide the energy useful for the building’s needs. Horses, cows and chickens have been part of the company for years. Walking along the countless paths you can fully enjoy the natural landscape of the Salento countryside. No herbicides or chemical agents are used on the entire land, only fertilizers from animals raised on site.
